Our Story

AeroLex was founded on two decades of front-line airline operations, training, and regulatory experience, built to close the gap between operators and their regulatory obligations. We operate on a principal led model, working alongside a growing team of similarly experienced associates across leading aviation frameworks, including EASA, ICAO and Aruba’s DCA.

We believe every operator deserves credential verified, audit-ready guidance, whether you are a start-up airline seeking your first Air Operator Certificate (AOC) or an established carrier refining your Safety Management System (SMS). Through our Assure, Improve, and Launch service lines, we deliver regulatory compliance audits, SMS development, IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) readiness support, and AOC start-up guidance, grounded in direct regulatory and operational experience.
